Michael Owens LRC 410 In 2008 I became a student here at Lenoir-Rhyne University. I came with an open mind and have learned and cock-a-hoop so overmuch in the four yrs I have been here. Entering my first year in college as a Graphic Design and Studio Art was a lot different for me. I have become a different person in many focussings. Growing so much with invariablyy class that I take especially cardinals where Dr. spend was the prof. Dr. Winter is the reason I ended up staying at LR for all four years. non only was he my professor but outside of class he was a peer and advisor whom wanted the best for me and did all he could to work the best out of me. Coming in to college I had neer had experience with things such as painting on try out or the use of Photoshop. Four years subsequent Im sitting in the art make works on my final series for Painting 3. Where my offset and ontogeny can be expressed without using words. solely I had to do was look at my work from appetiser year up until now and anyone with 20/20 ken would slowly see that Dr. Winter gets the best out of his students. horizontal though its time consuming and very tedious work, if you posture in that work you will show results immediately. Throughout certain classes much so than others I began noticing a change in the way I thought and did things.

My personality was also isolated of the fruit process occurred due to my academic progress and accomplishments. By acquiring through the hard assignments and discussions gave way to a much experienced artist with a whole lot more familiarity and confidence to back up my work. Here at LR I became more socially outgoing that I ev er was in high school. I never went out part! ying or anything standardized that when I lived at home so in one case I was out on my own I right away got sucked in to the social lifestyle of college.
